Passionate About Cleaning Your Rugs
The People Behind Major’s Rug Cleaning Service
Rug cleaning is not something we do as a side or afterthought service. It is the very reason our business operates. At Major’s Rug Cleaning Service, we began with the fundamental principle that rugs deserve specialized cleaning and not generic cleaning. This principle has carried over into everything we do today for homeowners in Spring, TX.
Why we only do rug cleaning
While many cleaning businesses do offer rug cleaning as one service out of many, we chose a different route. By concentrating all of our expertise in rug cleaning, from handwoven to everyday synthetic area rugs – we have achieved a level of knowledge that cannot be matched by generalists.
We understand how fibers react, how dyes behave, how different weaves function and how to identify the subtle variations that determine appropriate cleaning methods for a rug. Because of this specialization, your rug will never be treated as an afterthought and squeezed in between other jobs. It will always be the focus of attention.
Our cleaning process respects the rug
Every rug that comes to us is first examined prior to any cleaning solution being applied. Major’s Rug Cleaning Service take into account the origin of the rug, the materials used in construction, the current condition of the rug, and any specific issues or concerns you may have. Based on this, we will select the appropriate cleaning method suited specifically for that individual rug, rather than using a one-size-fits all method to all the rugs that come through our doors.
This demonstrates one of our core beliefs. Rugs are more than just floor coverings. A rug can be a piece of heirloom, a design element, or even something that makes a house feel like home. Giving a rug proper attention is not an added service. Rather, it is the way Major’s Rug Cleaning Service treat every rug we encounter.
Rooted in the Spring community
Being a part of the Spring, TX community means much more than just having a local business. It means we understand the specific challenges that local homes face including pollen, humidity, and the wear and tear caused by active households with children and pets. It also means that we build relationships with customers who continue to return to us year after year – not only for one time cleaning services but also as an ongoing service to their homes.
Major’s Rug Cleaning Service take this sincerely. When you entrust us with a rug, you are entrusting us with something that may hold more value than the monetary value it has. We do not take this lightly and it is reflected in every step of our process.
Results you can see and feel
The results of a properly cleaned rug should be immediately noticeable when you again view and touch the rug. Colors should appear brighter and not faded. Fibers should appear soft and full and not flat or hard. Odors should disappear and not just be masked. These are the standards we hold ourselves to and the reason so many of our customers continue to return to us and refer us to their neighbors and friends.
Our commitment to you
When you choose a rug cleaning service, you are entrusting someone with items that are often not easily replaced. Major’s Rug Cleaning Service take this seriously with every rug that comes to us. Our goal is simple. We want every customer to feel the same pride for their newly cleaned rug as they did when they originally brought the rug home.
